The rhyme under the flag reads:

"We will fight if the Supreme Leader orders us to,
We are prepared to lose our heads if he wills it,
But if he rather we stay calm and patient,
We will swallow our anger [at insults directed at him], however difficult and put up with it."

The lines at the bottom of the screen read:

"This site has been hacked by me, an Iranian, as a warning due to the malicious intervention of this site in the internal affairs of my country, under the orders of the US authorities."

[...] World Tries To Shock Self With Iranian Cyber Army A day is a long time on the internet, and an hour longer still for those Twitter users temporarily deprived of their favourite web platform for an hour or so yesterday (18 Dec, UK time). As we all know by now, Twitterers were redirected via a DNS hack to a webpage showing a banner proclaiming the arrival of new and mighty actor in cyberspace, the Iranian Cyber Army. I won’t rehash the details, as Praetorian Prefect has them all. [...]

I can help in translation for Arabic words mentioned in the hacking picture:
The words in the top right are in Arabic means :
That Hizbollah is always get victory. (Hizbollah) is a Lebanon Movement Army supported by Iran.

The red word in the flag means:

Calling Hussien (Hussien) is one of the Islamic Holly Leaders.

The words below the flag are in Farsi language (Farsi language using Arabic letters).

Hope that can help.

Interesting item which I would have probably missed otherwise (I am not a big fan of twitter).

Motivation is a key thing here and from the looks of it this could easily be script-kiddies either in or outside of Iran.

I would have thought it unlikely that any state sponsored or controlled actors would have been this blatant in what was effectively a trivial attack - other than twitter users the only reason this is newsworthy is that anything twitter based seems to make the news.

If this had been carried out by "professional" or indeed expert hackers, I can think of lots of ways it would have been more harmful. I suspect in this instance it is a case of someone exploiting a problem with a DNS server and using twitter as their springboard.

The text at the bottom of the page is not in Arabic, but Farsi. Google translates it (mostly) to

Name of God
As an Iranian response to this intervention sly server command in the internal affairs of my country and American authorities)
This site is a warning Hk

Try Google's translator again, but select Persian instead of Arabic.
